Skilled Nominated Visa

Permanent visa which requires nomination by an Australian State or Territory Government.To apply for Subclass 190 visa, you must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP). When an invitation is extended to you to apply for this visa, you must do so within 60 days, otherwise the invitation lapses. It is of utmost importance to have all required documentation ready before or soon after the “invitation to apply for visa” is extended. Please also note that each State and Territory may have specific requirements based on their requirements.

Just like skilled independent SC 189, this visa also allows you to bring your family members (spouse and dependent children) to Australia. You can also bring any family members who are financially dependent on you and have been living with you for support (documentary evidence required at the time of visa application). Full work rights are granted with this visa.
