Applying for Australian Immigration is a 4/5 stage process
Stage 1 Skill Assessment
Where required, applicants must obtain positive skill assessment from relevant Assessing Authority before applying for EOI (Expression of Interest).
Stage 2 Expression Of Interest
After getting the positive skill assessment, we will submit EOI (Expression of Interest) to Department of Immigration and Border Protection and depending on your skills & experience, and also the selected occupation code & visa subclass, you may be invited by a State, Government or Private organisation to apply for your visa.
Stage 3 State Sponsorship
Depending on nominated occupation and your points we might need sponsorship from one of the state. All the professions on CSOL (consolidated Skilled Occupation List) may require sponsorship from the state.
Stage 4 Visa Application
After receiving invitation, we apply final visa application to Department of Immigration and Border Protection. It is very important that a valid and complete application is lodged for a positive outcome.
Stage 5 Medicals and Police Clearance
At final stage of the visa application we have to undergo medical tests, pay for second installment if applicable and provide any other piece of requested information or document before a final decision is made on the application by the case officer.
